Assumption of Risk and Indemnification. The undersigned Parent or Guardian understands that participation in sporting events, training, and activities may pose a risk of harm or injury to Participants and Spectators. The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the Minor Participant/Player, also hereby expressly assumes the risk of injury or harm in these activities and releases Arkansas Scrappers and The Brayden Help Foundation from all liability for injury, illness, death or property damage resulting from the Minor Participant/Player activities or participation with Arkansas Scrappers and The Brayden Help Foundation. The undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the Minor Participant/Player, agrees that if anyone makes a legal claim against Arkansas Scrappers and The Brayden Help Foundation and/or any of its affiliates, that the undersigned, on behalf of himself/herself and on behalf of the Minor Participant/Player, agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless Arkansas Scrappers and The Brayden Help Foundation and its affiliates from any legal claim, including without limitation, loss, liability, damage or cost which may occur as a result of any such legal claim.
